I’m in LA in a couple of weeks & they've got a game. I’d pop along to cheer him on but chances are that he won’t be playing.
He gets my approval for the not so thinly veiled HULL CITY 
I enjoyed staying in Santa Monica, which was on the great advice of Canada Tiger, so not really sure what the other areas are like. I seem to recall CT did say at the time to avoid LA itself.
Does Beckham still have a place there? Maybe They have a granny flat on Airbnb that Dio can rent till he finds his feet.....
Santa Monica beach is nice if you don't mind a mile long line of drug users and weirdo's camping out in tents. Certainly doesn't beat Brid! I was in LA last year and it was nice to visit but wouldn't dream of living there. I had a good week in LA, but I wouldn’t bother going back
Santa Monica was full of tramps who caused no trouble but just made me feel crap that they were like that in the middle of opulence
Hollywood Boulevard is great for about 200 yards, then it’s more tramps and shops selling stripper shoes and plastic tat
Had a cracking night in a hidden club though
Got chatting to some lads in a bar who took us. One of them was the son of the owner
No signs, no adverts, no obvious entrance
If you've got a few bob, which Dio will have, you can have a fantastic time living in/around LA.
Did they give you a small present to take back for them in your hand luggage, that you could post on when you get back home?
Just to save on the exorbitant postage costs obviously....

Always felt we should have played him more on the left side in away games. He always tracked back to help the full back out unlike Turbo, who only knew one way and that was forward. Always gave 100%, the goal against Palarse his best, and was really well engineer and taken. Good luck Dio.
