Dilemma. Help !

I've made arrangements which I could drop this Saturday but would have quite a financial cost if I do change them.

I could still pay the bills but it would hurt me in the pocket for a short while.

But missing Barnsley would also hurt. If I go to the other commitment I'll be constantly looking at my phone and thinking of the great atmosphere I'd be missing.

Any Agony Uncles/Aunts on here got any advice ?

I'm really struggling with this, Barnsley could be up there with the best away days ever.
 
Get it on the radio mate, you can still celebrate just as much as we will be at home, and then enjoy a nice beer with the Football League show later that night!

Edit: I'll be missing the first part of my "most vital uni lecture of the year" to phone for Barnsley tickets at 9am, I know how you feel... well kind of.

If I knew Leicester were going to win on Friday that would ease the pain a bit, I could delay celebrating until Cardiff.

It's missing a party atmosphere possibly combined with winning promotion at the same time that would be really painful.

If Watford get a better result than us then I'll probably won't mind missing Barnsley.

Is Mystic Meg still on the go ?

I think it needs something like that to make my mind up cos I can't.

My head says don't waste my money cos City might not get promoted that day, my heart says go to Barnsley.

What a nightmare, it's doing my head in !

Alan its Lynn here, just go. Support the Lads and watch them hopefully get promoted :) UTT
 
I had a similar dilemma when we played Sheffield Wed. I went & regretted it, because I had been to both Leeds & Lichester & it was great, when watching SW I was left with a huge depressed feeling. Not saying the same will happen, hopefully not anyway, just my dilemma at the time.

Work is only more important when it's the work that pays the bills. The OP has said that they could still pay the bills so I'd reorder it, there's no point earning the money to be able to do what you want if the job stops you having the time to do them.
 
Couldn't sleep at 3.00am, I knew then that being financially sensible wasn't an option.

Went to KC this morning and got a couple of tickets.

Come on you Tigers !
