Belgium certainly can produce a player, they really should be closer to winning a major tournament than they have been.

Right now the lad is unplayable. If he orchestrates that midfield in a successful CL & PL campaign then I'd consider him as being the best player in the world, but right now he's not, it takes more than a hot streak to earn that sort of accolade imo.

Outside of Ronaldo, Messi and Neymar I'd say Toni Kroos is the best player.

 

nah, they're more like Wales, they get some of the world's best players, just not enough of them in a single generation, so they have to make up the numbers with journeymen
