It is ..... you're from Darlington, Durham, speaking on behalf of people from Newcastle. You're closer to Boro, why don't you speak for them?
I used to find Boro away was actually more edgy than the Toon, the police mean it's all pointing & shouting, whereas at Boro there's still a bit of mingling. I remember when we won 2-0 there under Mick Mc, we were waiting for our bus back and about 40 of the ****s just appeared from nowhere and went for us, we came out of it alright, but it wasn't a pleasure in any way, 40 onto 6 or so. Fannies.
As I said, I'll not stop posting on here until a certain few ask me to stop. I'll not stop because of you. You're talking ****e tonight.
What kind of a ****ing question is this? No I have never supported Newcastle. To be fair I probably should my family and all my mates do as im from a heavily mag infested area I mean everyone supports Newcastle except the odd glory hunting man utd fan. Still believe its a miracle I avoided the dark side but the first game I ever watched was the 1992 cup final and I supported sunderland. Obviously as a 5 year old I didn't really give a **** and didn't appreciate just how rare cup finals would be in my life but a love was sprung that day and a love that has not relinquished in 22 years.
I thought you said that being boring was wrong .....
Boro away was always eventful. Ayresome Park was bad & the Riverside seems to have been built on some kind of nuclear wasteland. It's like a ****ing scene from a Mad Max film. Min you, back in the 80's they had some handy ****ers. Some of those Frontline lads could handle themselves back then.
I've been to Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, West Ham, Millwall, Birmingham, Leeds etc and nothing compared to Boro in the 80's. It was tense from noon til dusk and they never gave a ****ing inch ...... Newcastle is a tea party at the side of Boro imo.
Lairiest place I've ever been was Burnley, the year we drew 1-1 down there, son of Pele scored, sent them down. Was non stop, before during & after, and these were some scary looking fearless ****ers. Small town it may be, but ****ing hell they had some fighters.
renowned, strong allegiance to safc when england play, when we play each other it can get a bit nawty please log in to view this image
Aye they were a handful alright & I dare say some of those blokes still could be even though some of them will be in their 50's now.
Some of the worst trouble I've had was at the match when we had both full backs sent off. It was also bad at the FA Cup match that was called off 3 or 4 times and there was fighting in 3 sides of the ground.
I have some great photos of Burnley from the World Cup in Toulouse ........ ****ing crackers them lot
