I think "Premier League player" is a stretch, but he could certainly have a good career at this level and possibly The Championship if he keeps developing and gets plenty of game time in the next couple of years
Someone who will hopefully have a future with the club and not sold off to the first offer.
Thought he was excellent at the end of parkys rein/beginning of Johnsons. Highlights for me include how well he took the pressure off of us in the cup final in the last 15 minutes or so

Jones has better end product, but Diamond looks a lot more dangerous on the ball when he’s running at defenders. Diamond has potential to have a very good career at a higher level imo.
Diamond doesn't have the composure to do what Jones did against Crewe and Portsmouth, and the way he set up the goal against Oxford. Yet.
