He'll be getting more money of course but from a career perspective, I don't think he made the best decision ever by leaving us. If he'd have stayed, he would have been our main man, and perhaps got a move to another similar sized but better run premier league team. With his Newcastle move and his apparent half arsed way he's been performing there, he's ensured that he won't be playing in the premier league again.
