Come on Mr B, Devitt is never gonna be any better than decent 4th Div standard.
I think if Devitt was as good going backwards, as he is going forwards, then he'd easily be up to playing at this level, but ultimately his lack of strength will see him falling short and he will probably end up in the lower leagues. With Cullen, all I see is a kid who can score for fun in the youth and reserve teams, but looks poor every time he gets into a first team squad. He's still only 19, but he really should be able to show what he can do by now, in a first team game I remember the PL goal, but I can't remember him ever having another decent game.
More importantly, I think Emerton looks better than Devitt or Cullen, why does he never get a look in?

Have been since we moved to the KC, except this season. I unexpectedly still managed to make it to about three quarters of the games anyway so got myself a half-season pass over the Christmas period. I'm not saying I remember him being some amazing young prospect in the few appearances that he's made, I just don't remember him being utter ****e like many make out. As for Emerton, I don't think I've ever seen the lad play.
Outside the youth/reserve teams and pre-seasons, he's not actually played for us yet, though after some of his pre-season performances, I can't understand why.
I've never seen him play for us at any level. I'm basing my entire judgment on having played with and against him, and I feel that if we stop ****ing about like we normally do with our youth players, I'll be vindicated.
