Defoe's a first rate pr!ck on every level, some of the stories I hear about him and Lennon are ridiculous. He's completely in love with London, I'm surprised he moved to Portsmouth, but there's no way he'd go north unless it was to Manchester and neither us or City need an average, gimp playboy.

Pienaar is quality, I'd have him at United on rotation like Ji Sung Park.

Berbatov wouldn't work hard enough to please your fans & Johnson is going to cost a fortune when there's better value out there. Benayoun is a good shout, seems like the guy just wants to play football, so worth a punt.

 

I can't understand anyone wanting to go to Manchester for the social life..I went there for a weekend a couple of months back for a friends birthday and was very disappointed with the place..
