Was 85 the 3-2 to City, after been two down at h/t? My previous post re the events at the Derby vs Liverpool game (#77) was a reflection on the old Baseball Ground, which someone might not have appreciated, as per #79...Oh dear. Overall, I would think a visit to Pride Park is a bit safer than it was in the 80's. I've been there two or three times with City and it's been okay. Though I've not looked for bother.
And I'm saying it now. What's confusing you? You seem to agree. Wilder is doing a brilliant job isn't he?
We came back from 2-0 down to win that game - even had Bobby Mcneill sent off. Whitehurst with the winner that sent BP wild
I see on social media and the Derby forum they’re making a big deal of our XG being so poor and that we’re actually ****e. I’ll never get into this xg bollocks. It’s not the shoulda woulda coulda league.
Also, the reason why xg is ****e is the same reason saying “oh if we had scored in the 11th minute then their 90th minute winner would have been an equaliser” is stupid. It completely negates the fact that if the result of one game had been different then the next game wouldnt be the same also. If we had conceded 5 goals a game for 3 games in a row, I imagine we would then change formation, personnel and tactics.
qn.... do I need a VPN to watch a Tues night match on Tiger plus.....away with work and only have my work laptop....which doesn't bloody have a vpn
Derby fans are another set who win a few and get billy big time. I fear for us tonight with. Few injuries gonna be a Charlton like scrap. 3-0 City.
I’ve just checked and it says not available in your region, so yes, you’ll need a vpn. Do you have one on your phone? I usually get the game on my phone and then cast it to my tv.
It's on Sky+ so could get a Now sports day pass. Are you sure you can't get to your / a VPN via your browser (rather than via app)?
I remember that day. A few years ago I was away at a conference and got speaking to a Derby fan. He said it was the only time he was genuinely terrified at a match.
