Leeds will want to finish the season in style, especially against Derby. Their over exaggerated account of Spygate is still fresh in minds of minds of many Whites fans, as is the second leg of the play offs when individual errors caused a meltdown in the Leeds ranks. Prior to Leeds promotion, Rams Manager Phillip Cocu was quoted as saying: "We have some pride, we play a home game and try to win every game. "It will not be an easy game, they have a lot to play for, and so we have to be ready. "The mood is better. We needed a couple of days to straighten our backs (after the defeat by Cardiff) because the play-offs are out of reach for us. "There was a big disappointment for everybody. Now we have started to focus on the game on Sunday." Helder Costa has joined Kalvin Phillips on the treatment table. The former Wolves winger has a rib injury that he sustained during the victory over Barnsley. Both are not expected to feature for the remaining games against Derby or Charlton.
We'll probably lose this and I couldn't give a **** I am kinda hoping that Brentford lose today - not because it means we go up as Champions, but just because it'll be hilarious if they bottle it after West Brom laid it on a plate for them.
Congratulations on promotion, I admit I haven't seen any of your games this season but I'm sure it was well deserved. It will be good to have you back again and hopefully playing Norwich again soon . It took you a while so enjoy it .
Just a thought. The longer the Stoke vs Brentford game goes will Brentford start to settle for the point needed at some point?
Different mindset for Brentford today. All of a sudden it it they that need the win (or draw) now it's in their hands. It's easier chasing with no expectations.
