Milanic had started to do exactly that, start from the back, focus on defending and hope to nick a goal here and there, and it was the right way to go about it. Trouble is the guy barely had time to unpack his suitcases before he was sacked.

If he's still on the payroll, and apparently he is, get him back in as coach. It won't be pretty but we'd pick up a few more points than we currently are, and we'd be a more solid unit.
