We were on Wilson to score anytime and us to beat Burnley as two separate bets.

Going the same for the match against Derby.

Big call now, O'Nien was my MOTM at Burnley but Ballard did well when he came on ...

... if Hjelde keeps progressing we could end up with a very good set of defenders.

He’s a massive bore but I asked about this and why he always gets the majority of questions in and was told it’s because his stuff goes out on radio and the rest of the journalists only need minimum minutes for there TV stuff so he gets the lions share unfortunately

I’ve just looked at Derby’s lineup from the weekend and can remember how poor they were at our place. It’s a scandal if we aren’t beating these

There is a massive gulf in quality and we would need to strengthen, particularly the defence. I would start by signing Mepham and at least one of Burnley's CB's. I'm also hoping that we get a few games out of Huggins towards the end of the season, to assess what affect the long term injury has had on him. A fully fit Cirkin and Huggins would be a good start for next season, that's for sure.

Delighted Mepham is okay. He makes such a difference.

Was just watching highlights of Fridays game and just as Wilson was on showing how distraught he was at the end of the game, a version of Wise Men Say came on. I immediately thought that we need to sing this to him tomorrow to confirm what the majority think, despite Friday - although I think he knows it anyway. Already in my mind I have him running towards us after scoring and reciprocating the love.

Great thread RTB, 4/4/2 your team will do me , maybe adil in ahead of Rigg for this one, better still seeing us use our subs earlier rather than later.

    hume meph.O/9 Cirks
    rigg neil jobe elf
    Isidor and Mayenda

get a Championship class right winger in asp then with Mundle and Tommy watson back we will then have some attacking options . OaU

Great as always RTB after waking up Saturday in a right then realising how bloody good we were after 20 mins can’t see anything to fear but I’ll make me mind up proper after Leeds away, after a little thought can’t see anything but an away win hopefully Wilson gets on the score sheet at least once going for 3-1 win for the lads COME ON

Huge loss to them this. I think he has played every minute this season. Derby have built around him and Cashin going into this season. He isnt a top end championship player, but he will put his body on the line again and again and is effective. I fear for them now this season, there isnt much money to fill that hole.

Great news Mepham is fit, I'd like to think he will have a nice quiet night as we pile forward and batter them

Is he the one with the really high tackling/interception stats?

Dont know mate. Stats arent really my thing, I get a bit bamboozled. Wouldnt surprise me at all though. When I watch them he is at the heart of their defensive work. He heads it, tackles and is no nonsense. Cashin is a good partner, but I reckon this lad is the lynchpin.
