Jones (the player, not the gaffer) has now picked up 10 yellow cards this season.

Does anyone know if that means he will be suspended for this match?
He has been almost ever-present until now.

Suspended for 2 games after reaching 10 yellows. The last 2 were for kicking the ball away, and dissent. Just before Gillesphey's magnificent tackle Jones tried to foul the Pompey player but missed, so was lucky not to get a straight red. Otherwise he's been in dominant form and we'll miss him. Look at how Bolton are missing Santos.
Derby seem to have built a team that gets results without playing well, which I expect to continue. After this we can start to think about winning games. NJ has to decide whether Anderson can be expected to play 2 games in a week, he's playing well but is only 18. So let's hope Camara is ready.

Silly of Jones to get suspended for yellow cards born of frustration and a wrong attitude.

Is it Northampton after Derby?
They'll be no pushover. They're in good form at the moment.
Hey ho. One challenge at a time <ok>

Were they deliberate yellows to get the suspension out of the way before we play three teams currently below us in the table ?

We’ll never know, but it would make sense. Most people seem to be presuming that we’ll pick up 9 points from Cheltenham, Carlisle and Fleetwood. Not quite so sure myself.

4 points maximum.

I'll be shocked if we win 4 more games, we're doomed.

NJ seems to like a bit of rotation, so what team he picks is hard to predict. Anderson's performances make him one of the first names on the teamsheet, but he won't want to overplay him. Same with Kanu. And what's the problem with Coventry? What role does he find for Alfie?

Our own Tinkerman.

Be nice to hear Terry's totally unbiased commentary tonight. I hope he has Peter Shirtliff as summariser again.
