I don’t get gym bunnies. I always feel they must lack self confidence.

That’s not a dig FYI. Got loads of mates that are.. they’re usually slightly unhinged too.

I don’t train for vanity, never have. I’ve fluctuated between 13st and 14.5st for about 4 years now. Clothes fitting well is nice obviously but I do it mainly due to my previous mental state which is a place I ain’t ever going back to.

As I said I’m not having a dig. I sort of get it but don’t really as I fail to see how people can genuinely find it fun. There are a million better things to do with ones time.

I really don’t find it fun, it’s a chore tbh, I used to like it a lot more than I do now but if I don’t do it things could turn **** again. There’s probably not that many great things you can do between 5:45 and 6:30 AM through the week either.

I’ve quit loads of times but I keep going back when I feel like I’m having a dip. Tore my rotator cuff a few years back and struggle with strength training now as a result so lost my passion there and then.

Try new things swimming is for the brave

See I find sleep helps my mental health. I’m a massive grumpy **** more than usual if I don’t get enough sleep. I’m much happier when well slept.

I normally get about 7 hours which works for me, I don’t like laying in bed I’m up as soon as my eyes open unless I have a hangover.

Now I'm no expert but I do have a child who is autistic, and I do appreciate it is different in cases.

In autism cases depression is more likely the video outbursts you have

When utd lose you tend to post leaving and taking a break type threads. This is attention seeking

I’m not attention seeking at all. in future, I’ll keep my mouth shut.

I'm not a psychiatrist, so I'm not going to try to give you any advice @Matth_2014

However, you do seem to exhibit quite a few sociopathic behaviours.

The lack of empathy for others. The overwhelming self-osession. A complete lack of humour. Supporting United when you were born Chester-Scouse.

These are all obvious traits of the sociopath.

Have a chat with your doctor and ask him to tell you about lobotomy.

Learn to read, I’m welsh you failed wum.

I love them tbh but i shouldnt ... i dont really mind dieing. I stick to test only .. ive done dbol, tren, masteron , clenbuterol but it gets a bit much so dont mess with them much. Stick to pins is my policy because pulls are highly toxic in conparison. I used to.be a coke head big time like 600 over a 24 hr period , but fitness got me out that hole... now i can getv20ml of good test for 40 quid 10 weeks, so its out of the fire and into the frying pan at least.

Any i know depression well , so excersize is key imo...
I can't see your heart making it past 50 tbh

Defo excersize is the best remedy for sorrow. It gives instant high and if you set goals the results make you feel better about yourself.. just dont fall into the roids trap .
I do get bouts of stress and anxiety but doctor said she'd rather not medicate for now - specialist said same. So I walk and it does actually help massively. My sister was on a radio programme the other day talking about the whole wellness industry and how it can cause added pressure to people because it adds something else to the list of things they have to do. Someone made the point there's a difference between mental health and mental fitness and that really struck a chord - I think mine's definitely the latter. Was quite interesting actually.
