Matthew have you tried any of the following:

Running
Cycling
Climbing
Boxing
Eating healthy food

Cos any of them, if you get into a habit of doing them will help with depression and help you get laid.

If you don’t do any decent level of exercise, and you just sit in your room ****ing and screaming about Pakistani’s and Gays your whole life, it’s unlikely that you’ll ever get out of your hole or get your hole.
 
Attention seeking isn't good for depression either, you have a bad day then you make the next day better, you get pissed off on Twitter then you keep away from it for a few days, you drink too much then drink something else instead, you want to make friends then make yourself more approachable.. <ok>
