I’m not in a good mood at all, I’ve been crying for the last couple of minutes, I’ve been thinking about my grandfather a lot recently, I’m not looking forward to Christmas at all.

There’ll be moments all through you’re life when you’ll get upset about your grandad dieing. Certain events, times of year will remind you of him. The key is to remember the great times and try and end the thought on a positive note.

My grandad died around christmas time and I can get emotional remembering him in the hospital when we turned the machine off, his breathing getting weaker and then stopping. But then I remember christmas’s of years gone by, pissing everyone off on karaoke and falling off his chair at the end of the night, insisting he’s not pissed. That brings a smile to my face and I move on.

Agree with this totally. My grandad died on my nephews second birthday which was understandably awful as he wasn't even old enough to know what's going on. My Sister was devastated but now we look at it as a positive, in that every year on the anniversary my Nan has something to focus on in her great grandsons (10 now!) birthday.

I cooked a Thai chicken curry at about 330am this morning during a heavy session Matthew and used a whole pack chillies.

I woke up this morning for a dump and my ringpiece was on fire .

My grandad died a couple of months ago too but he was 91 and started going mental so I wasn't sad .

Has anyone suffered from depression due to putting too many chillies in the curry and burning there arsehole?
If there’s a big enough response i’ll start a new thread

My grandmother died on Christmas Eve during a party. I was 16. Every ****er left the party and I got forgotten about an was in the house in my own. I caned a load of beer watched a video of purple rain, jacked off in the scene where she got her bangers out. Spent Christmas morning on my own before people realised.

You should have considered getting your grandad stuffed and mounted onto a plinth then roll him out every Christmas.

I’ve told my mum when she dies you can get your loved ones ashes melted into jewellery so will make a nice piece of jewellery out of her. My dad I’m going to get made into a set of pencils. <ok>
