I always sell over the odds, I just look at it like, **** it if you want the place your pay the price I want, which is generally way above any stupid evaluation.

Of course if it comes to buying, I nail the bastards down as much has I can.

Yeah, but it's generally not so much about the value, more about doing some repairs that they think are essential post survey.

Last time I moved they stopped £4k back from my mortgage due to some damp that needed sorting.

You just never know how someone's really feeling. I hope Chester has found peace, but the simple facts of the matter can't be ignored.

I was slightly disappointed with that revelation if truth be told ,as I was hoping to utilise you as my "black mate" the next time I get accused of being racist.

I moved onto Spurlock and he turned out to be a Punjabi , running out of potential token black mates on the forum .

I need an Asian wife to go along with my Black one (not married but as good as).

Can't find one yet. I keep asking Spurlock for advice but he thinks my ideas would probably end up with my nob getting chopped off.
