Toilets or Funerals. People will always need those. Sex and food are luxuries.

DC, you need to try and get into the supermarkets mate, do you make canopies and stainless steel sinks?

It's high spec stuff that these ****s buy, but the spec'd suppliers always let you(me) down and I need to change spec, something that you could get into if you can.

The spec'd ****s charge you a fortune, we done an ASDA in England, and the canopies were from Brittania and they wanted £14k on pro-forma, but they couldn't meet the date that I needed them for and I got them elsewhere for £6k.

That saving was quickly lost when I realised that I missed out an AHU at £26k <gr> from our tender.

    EPIC FAIL ON MY PART!!

I want to open a soft play area for kids DC.

There is one in bollos' neck of the woods in Cumbernauld that I take the weans to sometimes and the wee man has been to umpteen parties there too.

The place is alway heeeeeving with people, seling grub with a decent lift on it and paying young lassies (yum yum) minimum wage to "supervise".

It's asain fella's that run it too, and they can smell a money making scheme before anyone else.

I enquired about a retail unit in Robroyston a few years back next to the ASDA, they were wanting £125k a year rent!!!!!!!!!

    **** that!

But if you can get a wee industrial unit, lick of paint and a climbing frame with some slides, and a kitchen, your in the money!

    That's my next venture anyway.

Need to be careful with that EDGE. There was a really good soft play area I took the wee ones to but some big corporate backed fecker built a massive one close to it.

The wee one is gone now.

    It's a sure thing mate.

Theres one up in Possil too that chinks own and it's always mobbed too.

    Location is the key though.

That's why I'm looking at one in Bishopbriggs because there are hundreds of weans there.

But the only decent industrial units are "off the beaten track" and could prove elusive to potentiol customers.

    Anyway mate, good luck <ok>
