    Demba Ba looks good but i am also worried about the injury rumours.
    Shane long looked good last night but i really think we need a big striker in the Nial Quinn mould

    you cant know he has a bad attitude, he has had one report in the papers of being involved in the scuffle the other night, but its now been said he was racially abused and danny gabbidon threw the first punch at the bloke. so wheres his bad attitude clever boy??

    I'd be a happy man to see us sign Ba. I've been very impressed with what I've seen of him so far, he would certainly add quality to the squad for a reasonable price too.

    So because this fan goes to matches and a portion of what he pays to get in goes towards his wages this fan has the right to be abusive.

    Sorry friend but I don't give a stuff if he offended some drunken jellied eel chomper the lad has a talent we could use. He's had a good season and his injury problems have improved so let's go for it..

    Skysports.com understands a host of Premier League clubs are already jostling to sign Demba Ba.

    The 25-year-old was the subject of a protracted transfer battle in January, which eventually saw him join West Ham from Bundesliga side Hoffenheim.

    Doubts about Ba's overall fitness were soon quashed and he has shone for the Hammers with seven goals in just 12 games.

    Despite his efforts West Ham lost their battle to stay in the league and now he is set to move, with skysports.com of the understanding he will be staying in the Premier League.

    Ba has already told Sky Sports that he is not thinking about his future, but he could very well have a new employer before the end of the month.

    The likes of Sunderland, Newcastle and Aston Villa have been linked in recent weeks, but skysports.com can reveal that more than half-a-dozen Premier League clubs are keen on landing his signature.
