Agree. He was the only one who was going to be able to deal with Sakho anyway.
 
I cannot fathom why Demba has had so few opportunities. Jose moans about not having a good striker, when he's got one on the bench that would get in the starting line-up of AT LEAST 17/20 teams in this league.

The guy scored goals for some of the poorest teams in the league, West Ham and us, and he scores every other game when he gets a run for Chelsea. If anything underlines the fact that Mourinho can only win things with players bought for ridiculous sums, it's his woeful neglect of Ba...

As much as I love the guy and think he's quite clever tactically, he's actually poisoning Chelsea at the moment while he's alienating really good players. I still think he finished higher in the league than most managers would have done with the same squad... BUT... I think if he'd have used all the resources available to him, he'd have done even better.

It is a weird decision for a black player to move to Turkey. They are by far one of the worst offenders for racism.

I know & have few friends from Turkey who are very nice.

sadly - racism is all around and Turkey is no exception.

Also - Demba follows Islam - it should be good for him over there.
 
One of the most over rated sayings is this "new" tag given to unknown players. We have all seen the so called "new" Messi, Ronaldo, Zidane, Shearer, Beckham,
Lampard etc etc , but can anyone actually name one that even got near to the named player?

Just your usual reporter talk to try and sell more newspapers
