Thinking about it, I think it's just the current top 5 and possibly Liverpool

And it would be hard to order it with these teams - Everton, Newcastle, Bolton, Sunderland. I think we'd be the better team out of the four, if we had a quality striker.

I dont think it would be deluded to say some of our midfielders are among the best performing in the prem (Barton, Tiote, Nolan) and you cant deny Enrique and Collo are top class players.

I think by first team he meant starting 11, this and a squad are two very different things...I had this conversation with one of your fans before...

I'd say before we lost Carroll we had a ridiculously strong first 11, however, we're definitely weaker now AND haven't really managed to field this first 11 more than once this season, so it's not so clear cut now!

Fair do's. It's pretty decent, but our first XI when fit is pretty strong and we have a lot more depth of quality now.
