My biggest beef with this place has been a lack of transparency. Sad to see it's got so bad even sections of the mods are suffering from a lack of transparency. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing with no way of finding out. How's that ever going to work? If the post is questionable just put it in a NSFW box and the let the grown up, adult human beings of this board decide for themselves at their own risk if they want to read it. Haway Gordon mate, it's bad enough you're censoring the board as whole but it's also censoring your fellow mods who need to be in the picture. You're supposed to be a team. You all can't work together with one mod off playing the maverick. Stop deleting and wack it in a NSWF box, especially while your fellow mods are having problems seeing what you're deleting, something which needs to be resolved before you delete any more posts.

I would say that a post should only be deleted if it directly goes against the site rules in which case get it gone or we could end up shut down. Other than that just leave it, maybe a few would like a sanitised family friendly site but I wouldn't and I'm sure the majority on here don't either. It's all just stuff you'd say in the pub it's no big deal.
I know fella, that's what the last sentence was addressing, just floating on how best to proceed to keep you mods tight while this ****ty error riddled site gets investigated. Before that is just me moaning on about a pet hate.
That's a great idea and should be implemented straightaway. Then the people who come on here and cry because they see grown men at each others throats, can simply ignore it. So simple yet nobody thought of it
Or, and this is an even more radical thought, the soft ****es just man up and deal with whatever is posted on here. As far as I am concerned, unless it is illegal or breaks site rules, it should be left alone.
I've told you, you'll be more savvy than me. Somehow though, you can cover a post with a 'not safe for work' message box and you will need to click on it to open the message. We used to do them a lot on here when we were posting during the day and everybody was at work so they wouldn't be something showing on their computer screens that work colleagues shouldn't be seeing. It's respect but then the only person that can get the blame for seeing something they have been warned about, is themselves for clicking on the box.
