Ha ha. Joe, don't you think that because I play House to earn a living it's all I listen to, you'd be AMAZED at the diversity of my music collection, seriously! House music is my true love, but I love music full stop, people get confused to hell by the CD's in my car, House, to Brazilian tribal, to rock, to 80's (my second fave!), Disco, seriously! I listen to more bands than anything else, Stone Roses , early Kasabian, first Arctic Monkeys album that kin of lark. The only stuff I dislike is ****pop R n B (good R n B exists, just you have to go find it..) and cock rock, Bon Jovi etc, I just can't comprehend it, all them ****e 80's bands that were huge, I just can't get it!
He did ring, did you here the twang Disco? Was a joke mate and I know a few very good DJ's with a sound musical background. Forget my boxing day's BB I was and am a fashion photographer up until 3 years ago and worked many a venue with some of the highly rated D'js. Don't take a knock on your music ability because of your age, class it as a compliment that you are were you are and many others can only dream of that.. Stay cool you, take care & be happy
Defoe can't leave. We only have him and Harry Kane who is unproven and inexperienced. Apologies if someone has already said this but I couldn't be arsed to read all posts.
Think I can manage that Joe Speaking of boxing, were you tuned in today for the Ogogo fight? What a ****ing credit, and how brilliant to see his reaction, hope he goes on to get a medal!
I'm watching none of the Olympics BB, my day doesn't allow me 10 mins let allow tuning in for events. Caught some highlights but it's been nowt of note. Really admire the amateur fighters and their stature at that moment. Unfortunately the golden gates of pro doesn't wash that way. I can't grumble though, met and fought many characters both pro and known and rookies. Met a great mate like who always backed me in fights and always said me and my family would be protected. I wont name names but think Brinks Matt robbery & a motorway lane incident. The lads a good mate, a proper De-Niro but sound at heart. Anyway, you keep the bucks-Fizz & dollar ****e going & catch you soon
Though in a ridiculously different weightclass I had a bit of a non-serious spa/training session with a lad called Karl Taylor during my time in Brum. Don't know if you're familiar with the name, he used to rant about how Hatton was lucky to knock him out. He was an utter, utter drunk. He should have stayed amateur from what I saw, would have been alright, was a dreadful pro.
