Should Britain reintroduce the death penalty

Apparently a cow can create an internal vacuum that does it no harm, but if stick your dick in & complete the seal, something has to give, and the cow has the more resistant constitution. Which is why the guy's dick & lower abdomen were ripped out from the rest of his body. I can only hope for his sake that it was quick.

Not an urban myth, btw. I was shown the local newspaper article. It was about 40 years ago.

So someone like Michael Ryan in Hungerford if he'd been caught before he shot himself would've been a prime candidate for topping.
