I actually agree with her to a point The 'miscarriages of justice' are down to mainly thoes involved in the justice system not 'doing what it says on the tin' Most of the cases where people have been incarcerated, or even sentenced to death, wrongly has not been down to 'error' as such but involves the police lying, withholding evidence etc The problem isnt the death penalty, that is a debate in itself maybe, but the justice system itself
