When there is only a few minor injuries and not many witnesses they cover terrorist attacks up as a random attack by someone that has mental health issues , there have been a few last year.
If the guy is shouting generic Jihad type stuff with scores of witnesses and multiple deaths then it's impossible to keep it quiet.

More on the Reading attack suspect, who has been confirmed by multiple sources to be 25-year-old Khairi Saadallah, a Libyan refugee.
Saadallah had previously been imprisoned for offences not related to terrorism.
Tania Bassett, spokesperson for the National Association of Probation Officers (Napo), confirmed Saadallah was being supervised by the National Probation Service (NPS), meaning he was considered to be a high-risk offender.
Bassett said it is understood he was well-managed and the Covid-19 restrictions had not affected his supervision. She said he is understood to have had severe mental health issues.

You wouldn't want that as a client if you were a Probation Officer, do we know if the guy is CoE or Catholic yet?
In all seriousness, any "refugee" that commits serious crime especially terror related should be deported .
The whole argument that refugees are not safe back home then cost us money to keep tabs on them because UK citizens are at risk because of them being here is nonsense.
The families of the dead should be able take the home office and anyone that decided to let this **** walk our streets to court .
