I don't think that the ridiculous crime rates in London can be blamed on foreigners.
Black prople only make up 13% of Londoners , they are the group comminting the most assaults, knife attacks , rape , gun crime robbery etc etc.
Toby is correct that without that 13% in London the crime rates would be far lower .
Most foreigners are not criminals though and lots of these stabby blacks are British.

It ****s the figures altogether when experts claim that 1,000's of serial killers are at large at any given point. I bet they're eskimo's. They always stay under the radar.
It's also pretty racist to assume that all black people are poor and white people aren't.
There are way more poor white people In London than black and they aren't all criminals .
