Its really getting on my nerves also Dai, as the old saying goes 'What comes around, goes around' most can give it but cannot take it. They only come in here to wallow in our current mis fortune, but hey ho, that wont last forever.
 
Correct isaw - it won't last forever, but at the moment it seems like a bloody lifetime!

Never mind the jacks - it's their time to fill their boots - just put up with it if you can, for as sure as eggs is eggs (and OGS is OGS <laugh>) it'll turn around the other way. <ok>

Short memories you guys have.
Well do I remember the days when hordes of you used to descend daily on the Swansea forum,especially back on the old BBC 606. Hurling abuse,insults,etc.,and generally having a real good time.
Time to toughen up now,and take it on the chin.
 
Can swansea arrest their slide down the league table tomorrow?

Do I care? No.

They are obsessed with us. Deep down I reckon they are all closet City fans, just like they were when we won the FA Cup!

I still get a chuckle at the plight that tinpot club was in when they had the likes of Jan Molby, Kevin Cullis, Mike Lewis and Tony Petty and his swanbreakers in charge - they of course are still a little club swimming with the big boys but as we all know, football can change very quickly.

I was on the old BBC 606 site and never once hurled abuse OR taunted any of your posters. Infact, quite the opposite. I wished you luck once or twice and made friends with a few.

So my memory isn't short, I can assure you.

And quite right you should have been having a chuckle at us and our misfortunes then. So why shouldn't we at you now. Are any of you on here telling me if the boot had been on the other foot you (as in all of you) wouldn't have been all over the Swansea board. It's a fact of life guys we all get a little lift from each others misfortune. Surely this board would be worse if it was completely sterile and none of us were allowed on each others board. At the moment you all need to grow a pair and ignore the comments.

As for Slade, just got to give him time and see what he brings to your club. I would be more worried about Roeder than Slade.

Sorry sparks just look at the number of good posters who have left I could list at least 20, if the Jacks are more important so be it, I'll give it a few days then that's me as 21.

DJ - I'm away at the moment in deepest Buckinghamshire and can't get online as often as I'd like. Got a decent wifi connection this morning and saw your post of yesterday.

There's no question about the jacks being more important mate - please don't give me and the other mods that line. I can assure you that any jacks that ignore warnings and cause trouble for no reason will be booted off.

If you can name 20 City posters that have left the forum because of the jack interventions, you're a better man than me. I've been on here a while now, and I struggling to name more than a couple.

Stick with it and see it through pal - you know as well as I do that these things go full circle. <ok>
 
<laugh> Drama queen or what. Let's be honest for once most of us would relish the prospect of swanc being in our position. Just take a break Dai, you'll be back before long.
 
You can't blame the jacks for us being where we are, and then getting pissed off because of it. The opportunity is there for the jacks that want to take the piss on a forum like this.

Not saying I like it one little bit, but that's life on a multi-club public football forum. If we lose again today, they'll be over here in droves.

On the other hand, if things go well for us today and Swanc get beat up in Sunerlan, you'll probably find it pretty quiet down that direction.

What's the latest on Slade?
I've got friends who's Cardiff fans saying that they don't really want him. But if you look at Cotterill's appointment to us and probably 90% of our fans are now eating humble pie. So don't write someone off before you've seen what they can do is my advise.
 
Slade is certainly destined for this club whether some fans want him or not. If he can pull this talented but directionless group of players together, he'll be OK for me despite his relatively low profile.

Said it before - this is a great squad just waiting for a solution. Ole was making a pig's arse out of it and it was definitely the right time to pull the plug on him.
