No offense taken young chap - I assumed your comment was a follow-on from the previous poster's and I bit into what you said assuming it was an insinuation directed towards me. See what happens when 2 stoners communicate?

 

Poor by the fans who went on the pitch. It's one thing everyone saying it was "good natured" to begin with but they are missing the point. One thing leads to another just like it did in this case. I don't think you can ban every fan who went onto the pitch. The ones who got involved in the fighting should be banned for life. I think they will struggle to identify everyone. It would be harsh to ban the rest but it would be better if they were issued with some sort of warning. There is no justification for going on the pitch barring extreme circumstances (like when the stand caught fire at Bradford). I was embarrassed by our fans behaviour on Friday but I have said it before, this is exactly why I stopped going to away matches. Far too many idiots now, far too many idiots and younguns who can't handle their pop. There is always an nasty undercurrent to the atmosphere and its just not what it once was. Of course you can avoid it, but its the shame of getting tarred with their brush I didn't like.

Fans should not go onto the pitch unless it is for their own safety. Once again our club's name has been tarnished by a few idiots.
