Don't think this is a big issue tbh. Hull has had loads of murals done recently, none of the Hessle Road fishing ones or the Lil Biloca opposite Tigers Lair or the Jack Harrison t'other end of Chants have been graffiti'd over. Urban graffiti seems to be kept to the Bankside area around the Banksy.
Passed it this morning, thought it looked good, do like all this murals that have popped up the last year or two.
I think they’re really nice ideas. Look good if most street ends near the stadium were like this. Little bit of history.
In the early 80s down Selby st they built a rugby player in the gable end brick work to signal to passengers arriving by rail that this was indeed a rugby town.
Anlaby Rd near the stadium needs some muriels.
