Tbf the key area you need to consider is the fact rafa left nufc in a better place than when he took the job... Thats a job well done
Jurys out for me on him apart from Liverpool he has showered himself in glory especially considering how much cash the chinks threw at him

The Merseyside makems are finally going places imo.

Rafa will build solid foundations, they'll be hard working and hard to beat and then they can start adding bits of quality and it'll work..

Why are we being linked to David Brooks? Lad can play football. It'll be the hairdo from Leicester or someone else useless

Benítez was appointed as manager of Newcastle United in March 2016 in an attempt to save the club he had a window to improve the Squad but couldn't, Sunderland managed to escape the drop under 5 different managers that managed what Rafa couldn't
He arrived in March with 10 games left & they were in the bottom 3, which window did he have to keep them up?

The glory days when you were the unflushable turd <laugh>
there you go couldn't resist a dig, it wont be long before your lot are in the bottom turd, and as you joined a civil conversation, and brought it down to your level wallow in your self pity, got better to do than listen to your whining

I said months ago when the accounts came out that the loan looks like it was repaid or going to be repaid when the debt (104m) was moved to within 12 months.

I also said that there would be no cash available for spends without selling offloading players.

The £25m on Willock was heavily financed by the sale proceeds of player sales and saved wages.

Thus I don’t expect any purchases and loan fees appear to be over the top atm anyways.

Thus I conclude that I would be extremely surprised if we loan anyone either.

Finally it all fits quite nicely for both Bruce and Ashley anyways. Bruce has been saying there isn’t money to spend so the fans can’t blame him.

In all seriousness they're linked with a player called jack hendry???
If these gel at Norwich then they will start moving up the table

It’s quite disgraceful that a Premier League team have 4 loan signings. I would ban all loan signings by PL teams. That would stop the hoovering up of young prospects.

The big 6 get all the money and clubs like nufc are being exterminated.

The super league wouldn't change much would it

Nufc saying they're done and Leicester saying it could still happen.

Obv not happy with paying his wages and that's the end of that

Wouldn’t apart from we would be mid table. At least the league would be reasonably level.

I just hate football at the moment.

Our own players are only giving 80% and are all happy has beens bar one or two getting paid silly money for being pretty crap.

And our manager takes the biscuit. He’s happy to not upset the harmony with his employer because he’s more than happy picking up £50k a week even if he has to put up with the **** that gets thrown at him.

I think he's said one or two things that haven't helped, but ultimately if the fans think he can just start going up against Ashley then they need their heads examined.. He would be shown the door the second he started complaining and the fans made it personal so Bruce won't give nufc fans the satisfaction.

Steve Bruce isn't the problem and that's something I've been aware of for 15 years now. Steve Bruce was the best idiot they could find who would take the job at the time.
Next manager?

Step forward Roy Keane!!!

The stars are aligning....<laugh>
