Aye anah mate, the only TV channels we get are French and show SFA of the English footy. Internet is ****e in the hotel so can't stream, can barely send an email TBH but the works network is OK but have to be a bit sneaky and have a couple of spreadsheets open in case the gaffer comes in :)

Was sat on my balcony the other morning, trying to wake myself up with a cup of coffee and along came this Congolese kid wearing a scum shirt, he's lucky I'd finished my coffee :)

Not sure yet mate. I'm onshore until the required paperwork comes through to get me into Angolan waters offshore, then I start a 5 week trip. Had 2 weeks in Paris and will have been 3 weeks down here on Friday. After that I'll be doing 5 weeks on and 5 weeks off, it's just this first ones a bit of a **** up waiting for this paperwork. :(

Hartlepool have signed Black Cats centre-back Scott Harrison on a permanent deal. The 21-year-old has already had two loan spells with the League Two side this season, making 18 appearances for Pools.
