Surely without permission, QPR cannot speak to Obemwingie. Bit of brinkmanship by the player. Bit similar to when Puncheon was parked nearby and made a late run into QPR when permission given.

He's gone nuts, was telling all the reporters outside QPR that it was a done deal. He'll be seeing out his season with the U21's at this rate.
