I'm indifferent to the smell now. I'm not one of those **** preaching to everyone who doesn't want to listen to stop smoking <ok>
One thing since I've stopped. Taste, fitness general well being is just the same as it was when I smoked!

My wheeze is already gone and feel I can taste things a bit better.

Playing 5's tonight so will be a decent test of my general fitness.

Also, my house has 3 levels and getting up to the top was normally a lung buster. No probs last night <ok>

It's about 8 months since I kicked a 20 year smoking habit.
Don't bother with quitting aids, go cold turkey, after about 3 weeks you won't think about it at all.
This site gave me something to read to while away those first few days: http://whyquit.com/

Why you trying to stop ER and do you realy want to?

If you want to stop you will but if you are going through the motions to please others you wont.

Can we ask how long since you had a ***?<laugh>

My last *** was on Tuesday night at 9pm. Not very impressive I know.

Main reason for wanting to stop is the cost.

It's costing more than my crack cocaine habit and something has to give.

I don't want to end up like some hopeless Scouse Liverpool fan.
