David Sterns has stepped down as director of operations at the Milwaukee Brewers. Does this mean he is on his way to NCFC?
 
All I've managed to find out is he was the president of Baseball operations of the Brewers

Old reporting, but this MLB journalist claims Stearns was not involved in the initial delegation that came to Norwich.

And a quote from him here that he stepped down to spend time with family, and isn't moving. Has no immediate plans to join another organisation.

I think it's unlikely that he pops up in Norwich any time soon.
