Nev would never undermine United in any way, he is a Red! however he has been critical of the way we have played this season, pointing out both the players and managers mistakes in equal parts
They aren't title challengers under anyone other than Ferguson, i'll give you that. We need to invest and i don't think anyone denies that. The problem Moyes has is that i find it impossible to argue that he's made the best of these players or even been close. I refuse to accept that this squad is massively worse than Arsenals or Evertons.
The players have never helped Moyes, wether they sulked at losing Fergie, the backroom staff, the change of training methods or all three doesn`t really matter, they have collectively let US the supporters down.

In my view it comes down to the financials - the Glazers are businessmen pure and simple, not Utd fans. Disregard performances on the pitch for a minute and lok at what they see on the papers crossing their desk each morning - share price falling, domestic and European TV rights falling or non-existent, merchandising falling, season ticket and match day sales falling through the roof - and there is £200m sitting in the bank waiting to give to this man for new players...............You have to see why he had to go from their perspective. It was always going to be this way, I knew it, and I said it as did a great many others, only to be slagged off for doing so. When top class players have to ask their agent to find out about the manager of a club like ours because he's an unknown - and to have senior players within the squad legitimately say to the boss - 'what do you know, what have you won' - then its time to change manager.
