To be fair Moyes was hardly a 'big name' manager beforehand, so I doubt he would be any position to argue about certain clauses
On @bbc5live, @ncustisTheSun says it is "nailed down" David Moyes departure "could be announced tomorrow, undoubtedly before Saturday" #MUFC
conspiracy by the media ..rubbish that the sun hoys out all the time.. don't belive it ..sell newspapers that's all.
Behave, every hack from every daily has nailed their bollocks to this story, it's come from within United
I really wouldn't be surprised if this was true. Any sound club would have a clause like this by default, not actually thinking they'd need to enforce it, but have it as a matter of course. Having said that, we offered him a contract without stating he kept the backroom staff for at least some interim period. So there's a chance we've been naive about the whole damn thing.
The New York Stock Exchange closes at 9pm our time. Plenty of time for an announcement to be made although I suspect any news will be released just before the close of trading to minimise the impact on the value of the shares, so keep your eyes on the story towards 9pm.
There is no official recognition for Easter Monday at all in the US. I'm at work. Was at work on Good Friday too! Most Yanks have never even heard of Easter Monday. Odd for a nation of overly religious people. Much fewer recognised holidays over here in general that receive days off... unless you're a child and get days off for silly things like anniversary of Christopher Columbus farting.
