Sunderland fans say he gives 100% everytime and never stops running....hopefully the skills we need with the engine of Dean Marney
I've always liked Meyler, excellent attitude as well as a talented player but unfortunately injuries have halted his progress hopefully he can get back on track under Brucie. He's quite a combative midfielder, and loves a challenge. Doesn't offer loads going forward though.
We don't need him to be a playmaker, but is he the type who just plays simple balls because he isn't a creative type, or does he give it away all the time?
On the Sunderland sight. Just got it off of the Footy Mad sight http://www.safc.com/news/team-news/2012/november/meyler-leaves-on-loan? How do you delete a post you have put up
As long as he can break up the play and pick out the simple passes he will fit in great! Just a shame Evans has had his best two games in city shirt
Doesn't mean he will automatically come in for Evans. SB has already shown that he sticks with players who are doing well, no matter who is on the bench.
It'll be reviewed in Jan. We can easily extend it until the end of Jan if we want more time to decide on a longer deal.
There's actually eight(ish)...Evans, Quinn, Bruce Jnr(sort of), Meyler, Mcshane, Brady, Dudgeon and Devitt.
