Fu*k ye Cerny, you're baiting me on purpose knowing that I'm on my very last warning. I'm keeping schtum!
An interesting thing was stated on that board as is it Mittal or Amit that owns us?? Did Amit buy in with his own money and now doesnt have enough? The twitter thing is strange as Amit is on most days and is often quick to put to bed rumours or untruths as is TF yet neither have despite many people asking them about it.
Why don't you just give it a rest you ****ing drama queen, every ****ing thread on this forum is ruined by you and your self ****ing importance, you are an annoying ****. Mods ban his IP address, I for one am sick of him and his bleating get a life you ****ing ginger ****
Just a thought, but might this have been the plan all along? The Mittals and Tango and Cash didn't want to deal with each other, so the Mittals agree to Fernandes' take over, with the understanding that he'd take over the Mittal's stake at a later date....?
Still can't see why they would leave now. Amit is a investment manager and he would be doing an act that would see him sacked in his job. Selling a rising investment way before its matured. We are in the middle of building a new stadium/training facilities, if we stay in the Prem this season we then have access to the new Sky money, so over the next few years QPRs value is going to Sky Rocket....I can't believe that a net spend of 12m this summer has put them off and if it has, then they aren't investors that we want on board.
I understand (I think!!) all the reasons why it wouldn't make much difference if the Mittals are there or not........BUT........their presence simply makes me feel much more confident about our future. Hope it's not true!
About time this sort of stuff was stamped out ... This forum is totally hypocritical at times. IP addresses ... Do you even understand ? This site is only as good as the posters that use it apart from that it's a very frail piece of architecture Oh dear
Totally agree with this. Virtually every decent thread gets hijacked by this childish arguing. I think many decent posters will leave if this carries on
Another ridiculous comment, I'm sure a fan like Mark with his arm covered in QPR badge tattoos, wants failure. I wasn't taking it seriously till I saw his post.
Now is the perfect time for them to leave. They can sell whilst everything looks great ... on the up. You can often make more out of expectation than achievement in business. One thing to remember is that they have no control. For Mittal it is like putting money in a piggy bank. Maybe the "family" want to OWN a club rather than be a bit-part investor. TF has included the Rs in his business empire. Sponsorship links, tours, etc have all been set up to benefit HIS businesses. There has been no push to get into the Indian market - which is far bigger than the Malaysian market. So what does the Mittal business empire get out of it? Nothing at the moment. Owners seem to fall into several different categories. 1. Those who love football and/or the club and are willing to put up their wealth to support their purchase. 2. Those who can see a business opportunity to make money, either by making the club successful or by assett stripping (in both cases the aim is to sell, eventually, and make money). 3. Those who see a business opportunity to add a well known, established, highly publicised brand to their business portfolio. 4. Those who see ownership as a mark of success. The ego trip owners. The list is not exclusive and owners can show attributes from more than one type. They can also change over time - falling in love and out of love with the club/fans. I would say that when Mittal bought the shares he was in the No. 2 category with a little bit of No. 4. It was Ecclestone that brought him in to help raise the money. Was he doing Ecclestone a favour? TF is a mixture of 2, 3 and 4. Even now Mittal doesn't fall into No. 1 or No. 3. (For all his good work and support AB is, in this case, irrelevant.) So, as Mittal falls squarely into category 2, this is the best time for him to sell. If he decides to dabble in football again (which I doubt) then he will make sure that he owns at least 51% and can get more benefit from his ownership.
I haven't bothered coming on here a few days, it has been very quiet, I open up and see that the Mittals might be jacking it in and what do I get? The HOOP bleating about his probable forthcoming ban AGAIN. I'm off to pastures new, I don't have the patience for ****ing attention seeking, self important ****s. To all the proper RRRRRRRRRRR's lets hope for a good season.
On one hand there might be truth in the rumours as the club haven't quickly denied the Mittals are leaving, but on the other hand why improve training facilities and talk about a new ground if they are leaving?
exactly what assets will be increasing in value at this stage the new stadium is just talk if i say i am going to build an extension on my house but sell the house before i have planning permission does the value of my asset increase
