    The man is an idiot if he thinks you can float Pompey on the stock exchange. There would be no chance of paying dividends or of shares rising in value, unless they got promoted. He's just someone trying to acquire club for nothing and pay with other people's money.

    There is no way Pompey could be floated on the Stock Exchange. Who'd buy shares with no chance of profit or dividend.

    For their sake, I hope that this guy fades back into the shadows and the search continues...Cala looks like everything that is wrong with football ownership, and if he passes the Fit and Proper Person hurdle, it's so meaningless that I wouldn't be surprised to see the next club in financial trouble bought by a parakeet.

    If it was successfully floated it would no longer be his as it would belong to the shareholders.
