I'd throw in Gainsborough and Sir Joshua Reynolds ...
I've been to Gainsborough's house in Sudbury a few times. It's a delightful visit.
Suffolk has certainly created some of the very best.
Check out Christchurch Mansion in Ipswich. It holds many Constables and Gainsboroughs. In fact, it has the largest collection of Constable's works outside of London. Such a gorgeous building too.
