The French & Eyeties going would be the last rites for the EU because Germany would have to effectively pay for everyone.

The four biggest net contributors are Germany, France, us (including rebate), then Italy. <ok>

Of course it's our ****ing problem, we are the cause of the division's there. As we are with a lot of the other problems around the globe. Yea we create the **** and run away to let someone else to pick up the pieces.

Listen to the older generation and they'll tell you what my dad has told me plenty of times, that we traded with the rest of the world including the commonwealth and we did fine before we joining what was then the Common Market.

We'll continue to do so after leaving once our exit package is confirmed.

The very idea that the rest of the EU won't want to trade with us is laughable as we're the 5th largest economy in the world so we'll have the best of both worlds.

The only reason we have so much trade with the EU, around about 60% is because they won't let us trade with anyone else without their permission first. That's EU democracy for you being told by other countries what we can and can't do, countries that we bankroll in the first place by paying in more money than them. <ok>

If London went independant, the whole of the North would be jumping on Eddie Stoparts are trying to get through the Watford Gap - would be millions on a Jarrow crusade for a better life <yikes>
