Hi guys,

Don't really post because I'm usually too lazy to! Tend to just read the debate and opinions of others.

But I have come across some inside knowledge. I live in Newport and have done all my life. Luckily my old man is a West Country boy and got me to Ashton Gate as a lad before any of my mums side could get me to the old Ninian Park!! Thank God!!

I do know a lot of Baadiff fans unfortunately but one guy I do know is very well connected at that club. His wife works with Dave Jones' wife and as a consequence he got a lot of executive freebies whilst Jones was in charge.

I asked him the other day on our chances of getting Jones. I have to say he is my number one choice for our job. What he did at Cardiff and Wolves in particular was very impressive. Going back to the point, Jones lives in Chepstow and is settled there at the moment and has no intention of upping sticks and moving away. City is apparently a very appealing prospect for him as he knows the Championship inside out. We are ambitious and have enough money to get by if Steve is willing to take a risk and dig deep. He will be applying for the job and has had his eye on it since Millen's unspectacular start to the season.

I just hope our board can get him signed up sooner rather than later
 
dave jones ticks the right boxes.. experienced knows the championship well.. good track records although fails at the final hurdle quite a bit.. perfect appointment..

so sextoys going to employ shearer, just watch
 
whats that rank smell is it an open packet of walkers crisp no think not is it a dead animal maybe, nope its definately a fester fan think we need pest control
 
Shows the frailty of their title ambitions if they were beaten at home by a side he think's will be relegated?
