Morning all - I went to Dartford last night and was very impressed with the Henderson / McQuoid partnership up front - and James Henry looks to be in tip top form. All in all it was a very good work-out. The lads all looked fit and rarin to go....

Purse seems to have lost a few pounds and was putting himself about, Marquis looked fast and Del-boy didn't miss anything and was spraying the ball about well
