I,ve got a gut feeling that DR, was in someway brought in, in readiness for this weeks showdown with AP. Old schoolmates together etc. A lot of us on here could sense something was not right at the club and it was coincidential with DR,s arrival.

Indeed. But was it not AP/NB that brought this guy into the club in the first place ? DR is a trojan horse.

 

Maybe AP/NB did not know of DR past with Ehab. It wont be the first time this has happened to a manager at a football club or even in the work place in the real world.

I've heard some very negative stuff from some RL folks about DR's time at Leeds. If he does have Ehab's ear as it were, I wonder if he was wielding the proverbial knife into AP's and NB's backs?

 

Wasn't he one of NP's staff who followed him to Leicester?

 

You are not the only one who senses DR might be the catalyst behind events that are unfolding at City. DR clearly has a deep seated relationship with both EA and BD. He's worked with BD at Derby and Forest since 2008. They were both fired together from Forest last June. Both then worked on refreshing their UEFA pro licenses. He's known EA since school days.

Is it possible DR undermined NB's coaching abilities to EA constantly comparing Nick's coaching expertise to that of BDs? A run of 5 successive defeats in March would have given him plenty of ammunition.

Maybe, EA suggested to NB that they wanted him to be assistant to BD next year as they needed someone more experienced in charge. Sounds far-fetched but would certainly explain the dramatic events of Monday. I know that if I had been NB and this had been suggested to me I would have told them to do one.

 

Nice one Greene, you've come and said fully what I was hinting at. I agree with totally agree with your post...I'm interested to know if premiertiger could or might be able to confirm or refute of any it for us!

 

He's already made Barmby disappear. AP at least has made a statement confirming he still exists.

 

Or has he?? Did you see him give the statement? If not, you're assuming that "somebody" hasn't given a statement purporting to be from him. Curious
