Well its worked out for us. Your approach has tied him down longer for us with a 3 year deal. I know that means nothing in football, but I would rather have him secured with us for 3 years than just a 12 month rolling contract. So thanks for your assistance with this <ok>

But on a serious note, this whole saga has given me awareness of how bad it is at Leeds. Without it sounding like im piss taking (which I am not) I do feel sorry for you fans with what you have at your club. I hope your owner soon goes. States he is off to Notts County, the top contenders keep taking other jobs or saying no and yet we have a guy in charge who did okay all things considered and he want's to work under Cellino, orders were avoid relegation and he finished mid-table, couldn't make it up...
