If keep RVP and sign 2 class players, we may still have another shambles of a season.
Wenger is hell bent on this short-passing offensive style where any player can abandon ship and charge off.
A recipe for disaster. A scientific fact ( repeating it over and over with same result).

EVEN VIERA THE LEGEND CALLED IT A DARK DAY:

    Patrick Vieira ‏ @OfficialVieira
Dark for Arsenal today, it's not like them to drop 2 points at home. I wish Sagna a quick recovery, his injury had a real effect on the game

Up yours Piskie, even a legend just echoed my exact bloody words, calling it a dark day!!!!!!!!!! UP YOURS, UP YOURSSSSS TO ALL YOU BLINKERS WHO ACCUSE FANS LIKE ME OF BEING OVER THE TOP AND BEING ALL DOOM AND GLOOM.

A legend who played for Arsenal, one of our greatest players, a man who brought so much success for us is saying what I said. SO WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT NOW?

  4. Getting rid of Wenger is the only thing that will lead to a recovery. He has been taking us backwards for years.

If only he would learn, I'd stop being hostile. It just seems pigheaded - ' I know best' as the team-bus goes over the cliffs.
Yes he eventually signed some in the last window, and hopefully a good player now.
But he still plays guys with no form, allows mindless forays upfield, doesn't use tactics according to opponents, leaves guys warming the bench over and over, doesn't rotate...... etc etc.
Motivation might be a good idea.

    <laugh> Nice rant

I agree with Vieira, it was a dark day for Arsenal, it wasn't good enough and the stakes were really high.

He hasn't watched us much this season, I guess?

  9. >No tactics
    >Cannot motivate - even for huge games
    >Plays players out of position
    >Persists for years with players that are not good enough
    >Gives huge contracts to players that dont deserve it, who we later struggle to sell on
    >Fails to act in the transfer window when we need it - continuously getting bitten on the arse by the same errors but never learning
    >Acts like a tool on the sidelines and embarrasses the club
    >Makes the same tired excuses

He is not fit to manage a top club

and it is possibly killing him.
Quit now while you have reasonable health. I don't want Wenger to be another heart-attack casualty.

  11. Agreed - he should walk away whilst he has some dignity left. Every year he carries on with this shambles his legacy will be devalued.

I can understand some Arsenal fans being down today.. but a dark day??
Still 3rd in the Premier League at WORST come Sunday night you would be 5th from the top if that's bad you are expecting too much IMO. Most fans would give their right arm to be in Arsenals position. How many consective season's have you qualified for UEFA League football?

No pleasing some fans is there!

  13. We're not a team like Stoke - 5th would be a dream for you, but is abject failure for us.

Like I said maybe you are expecting too much... Wenger has worked miricles with Arsenal in the past.
PS top half for all the Stoke fans would be amazing.. <laugh>

  15. Wenger did a great job winning the league - but not a miracle by any stretch.

For 8 years he has done a very poor job.

    Yes it is.

But Jayram loves to thrive on negativity. It's what gives him a sense of purpose.

It's a bit like living near a noisy and busy main road, you phase it out and learn to ignore it eventually <laugh>

  20. CL is the minimum expectation of the club as Wenger has said himself. The bare minimum for 8 years is not a brilliant performance. Some fans settle for that - I do not.

Awful season that coul dbe the final one for Wenger - we can but hope.
