Don't think he has, which is interesting. If he allegedly heard who our top target was and claimed we would be impressed with their calibre, surely he would have confirmed it as Welback by now if that was the proverbial "cat out of the bag"?

Isnt it his job to know these things? He had no wind apparently of the Shane Long sale and now he has no idea about who we might be after? He could comment a little more than "I dont know" at least lie and say you are trying to confirm it. Hell I could take his job from him if all that is required is "I dont know".
 
Why would Wellbeck come to Hull and ruin any chance of every playing for England again? Everyone knows Roy has a blind spot where we are concerned

maybe he has been given clues on either or both .

thing is Burnsey isnt so daft as to risk scuppering a deal and most likely screw RH over in Citys eyes .

Welbeck's manager has called for a national public retraction of statement in the media

that Danny Welbeck Is anything BUT joining Hull City on a transfer. Oh well a missed chance there.
 
What's funny is some fans on Facebook are claiming he's been seen at the KC. Here we go again... Get the helipad ready at Hymers!
 
Must be true if the Hull daily mail are reporting it (not). Phil Buckingham is away getting married as well so dont know who is reporting this... The best thing about steve bruce is that most of his transfers are done outside the media spotlight
