... thought it was two police women ... and I think he pushed them .. but with his strength etc ... the two cases are different ... Simpson's ex-girlfriend may have opted not to pursue charges ... but she might have done that for a variety of reasons ... he was caught straddling her and throttling her by police ... and his explanation that he ws merely trying to remove the expensive shoes he had bought her was bizarre and laughable ... although having watched his attempts to pass to a colleague perhaps I shouldn't be surprised ... you were at the wrong end Danny ... her shoes were on the appendages at the bottom of her legs ... an easy mistake to make ... ................ get rid.
.. no ... he needs to man-up and sort himself out ... no excuse for hitting a woman ... ever. Anger management my arse.... it's called 'self' control for a reason.

Sadly that statement from Simpson shows he has no intention of facing up to his actions and that he's simply trying everything he can to get off the hook. What motivation would the police have to lie? I can think of tons of reasons why he and his girlfriend/victim would though, including those FF mentioned. It's getting worse by the minute.

I'd say it was written by someone who's seen the damaging effect of domestic abuse, both physical & emotional. And that happens to both men & women.

He's the father of her child for one thing. If women all could just leave abusive relationships then surely domestic violence would never happen?
