A reliable source in Brighton informs me it's pretty much a done deal and that it's going to be announced on Monday. He says it could be anything up to £2m but as we all know, they won't need to spend that much because our wonderful new chairman is obviously keen to give our players away for practically nothing.
So will the team that starts in August have any names over the age of 21 that we will recognise and will MM still be here !
The pick of loanees is going to be critical! , However as it stands now we have DG probably going to Swansea , We have Bucko possibly going to Brighton and another player possibly going to Brighton as well!
Dear me..if we can get 2 million for Buckley then TAKE IT! They can teach him to stand up and cross...Malky never seems to play him that often and they fall out so I hear. Might as well get somebody who MM likes and trusts. So long as we then keep Eustace/Taylor/Cowie and our youngsters.
Their owner won't hold back the cash for the right player...and if they get £2m+ for Bennett, apparently that's what they'd pay up to for a replacement..
